  • 100 g - Mozzarella (null)
  • 100 g - Bacon (null)

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients. Pound the beef brisket thinly until flat. Slice the tomato, lettuce, onion, and pepper. Cut the bread in half lengthwise. 2. Cook the beef. Heat a griddle or large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the pounded beef brisket for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the pan. 3. Cook the bacon, ham, and egg. In the same pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon. Lightly fry the ham slices until warmed. Remove the ham. Fry the egg to your preferred doneness. Remove the egg. 4. Assemble the Chivito. Place the bottom half of the bread on a plate. Layer the ingredients: first the beef brisket, then the ham, then the bacon, and then the mozzarella. Add the fried egg on top of these layers. Place the sliced lettuce, tomato, onion, and pepper on top of the egg. Cover with the top half of the bread. Serve immediately.
