Instructions

STEP 1 - MARINATE THE BEEF: In a medium bowl, combine the 0.5 lb Beef, a pinch of Salt, a pinch of Pepper, 2 teaspoon Sesame Seed Oil, 0.5 Egg, 3 tablespoon Starch, and 1 tablespoon Oil. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until the beef is fully coated. Set aside to marinate for at least 15 minutes. STEP 2 - COOK THE NOODLES: Fill a large pot (6 qt) with water. Bring the water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add the 0.25 lb Noodles to the boiling water, ensuring they are submerged. Boil the noodles on high heat for exactly 10 seconds. Immediately drain the noodles in a colander. Rinse the cooked noodles thoroughly with cold water to stop the cooking process and prevent sticking. Set aside. STEP 3 - STIR-FRY THE BEEF: Heat 2 tablespoon Oil in a large wok or a wide, deep skillet over high heat. Add the marinated Beef to the hot oil. Stir-fry the beef, breaking up any clumps, until it is browned on the outside and cooked to medium (slightly pink inside). This should take about 2-3 minutes. Remove the cooked beef from the wok and set it aside on a plate. STEP 4 - COOK THE VEGETABLES: In the same wok, add the remaining 2 tablespoon Oil. Add the 0.5 cup Onion, 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic, 1 teaspoon Ginger, 1 cup Bean Sprouts, and 1 cup Mushrooms. Stir-fry these vegetables for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften. Add 1 cup Water to the wok. Bring the mixture to a simmer. STEP 5 - COMBINE AND SAUCE: Add the cooked Noodles to the wok with the vegetables. Add 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce, a pinch of Pepper, 1 teaspoon Sesame Seed Oil, 1 teaspoon Sugar, and 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce to the wok. Stir everything together well, ensuring the noodles and vegetables are coated with the sauce. STEP 6 - FINISH THE DISH: Return the cooked Beef to the wok. Continue to stir-fry all ingredients together for another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined. Serve immediately.
