Instructions

Crack 2 eggs into a small bowl. Add 0.5 units of salt to the eggs. Beat the eggs and salt with a fork until they are fully mixed. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. If desired, add a small amount of oil or butter to the pan. Pour the beaten egg mixture into the hot pan. Immediately place 2 slices of bread onto the wet egg in the pan. Press the bread gently to soak up some egg. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. The egg around the bread should look mostly set. Carefully flip the bread and egg to the other side. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. The egg should be fully cooked and lightly golden brown. Remove the bread omelette from the pan. Serve hot and enjoy.
